Life is Sweet!

OK, I just couldn't pass up the opportunity to take a few pictures of my soon to be two year old. Gosh they grow fast. Sometimes I'm almost afraid to blink. Before I know it she'll be off to college. But for now I get to capture these fun moments we share together. Addison was concentrating too hard on the sweet stuff and did not want to flash me any kind of a smile. Maybe next time.

Who says South Texas doesn't have seasons...

We have them... just a little later. Two weeks ago I took my 3 little ones out and about to play and explore. It was such a pretty day, no need to waste it inside watching TV. So of course as I walk out the door, I grab my camera, because you never know what you might see. I'm glad I did because I got some beautiful shots of the season changing. A little late but still changing. The leaves finally have tones of red and gold. It's always so dissapointing to me when October and November's trees are full of deep green leaves. I miss having seasons.

Of course it just wouldn't be right if I had my camera and didn't take pictures of the kiddos. Check out these neat textures and borders I purchased. They totally change the look and feel of the portrait.

The Moore Party

I wanted to share a few shots of a very happening 60th birthday party that I had the pleasure of photographing over the weekend. "Red" had friends and relatives from all over join him for his celebration. Believe me when I say they went all out on this one. Everyone had such a great time and "Red" never slowed down.
Mr. Moore, you are truly blessed to have such a wonderful family.
Enjoy a few of these pictures - I will be posting the rest by the end of the week.

I just LOVE Christmas!

As you can probably tell, Christmas is my favorite holiday. It's so much fun to take holiday portraits. I love the hustle and bustle of shopping and the thrill of giving. And yes, I still believe in Santa Clause and little elves. I mean how else do all of those gifts get under the tree? I know my children are posted all over my blog and my site but they are the only ones available at 9 o'clock at night and guess what... they accept cookies as payment! I just have to share these cute portraits I took today with you. Their cousin dressed up as Santa and my youngest really believed he was Santa. We had lots of laughs today.

I had to add this one of Savannah and her BFF Sierra. Aren't they cute?
