This family has been with me from the beginning. When I first decided I wanted to pursue a life in photography I knew that if I could make it through photographing the Olvera family, I could do anything. Now, don't misunderstand what I'm saying...I enjoy the challenge of trying to get all 3 boys to look at me and smile for the camera. First I'd have two looking at me and the other fiddling with his shoes. Then I'd get that ones attention and loose the other two. On the other hand Miss Lauryn (their sister) is a pro at taking portraits with her brothers. She knows to just sit down and smile... and keep smiling until the 100th picture is taken. Then I pray I got at least 1 shot with everyone looking at the camera - all eyes open.
I think over the past couple of years we've all gotten better at this picture taking thing. This year, they had a new little family member in the mix. Little Miss Maxie is the cute little German Shepard you see behaving so well. Check out these wonderful shots I was able to get of them last weekend.
THEY ROCK!
I just had to share these last few pictures of Mom with her littlest. Christopher will be having heart surgery next week, and I wanted to make sure I got a few shots of them enjoying some quiet time together.
Christopher, my family sends you lots of hugs and kisses and good wishes for a fast recovery. Love you, Ms. Jenn
You are welcome to leave little love notes for Christopher on my BLOG in the comments area also.

Christoper and Family especially Monica You know that I will keep you all in prayer and I know that God will take care of Christoper and his mommy. We will stand on Gods everlasting word and know that not only will the surgery go well but that Christoper will have a wonderful and quick recovery. God can do all things we just have to have unconditional faith in him. I love you all and God bless you.
Christopher & Monica,
My heart is always with both of you.... and of course with the rest of the family. You guys have become such an important part of my family's life....and we have developed more than a friendship... Please know that the Guerrero family is here for anything you need during and after Chris' surgery and always!!!

To our oldest daughter Monica, David and grandchildren. You are always in our prayers and we will ride this out all together as a family should "with tears and laughter".
Let's not forget the comfort food... hee...hee...hee.
P.S.We LOVED the pictures - especially the one with you and David looking at the kids from a distance.
With unconditional Love,
